Virginia Beach Fishing Report, Big catch of mahi

On saturday, we had a group from yorktown aboard who had never been offshroe before. They told me they just wanted to catch whatever they could catch the most of. So we went straight to the dolphin grounds. EASY EASY fishing. We caught 35 or so dolphin. Most of which were gaffers and we had a big throwdown on the dock when we got in. Very good quality of dolphin. We had one fish behind the boat that would have gone around 40 pounds but proved tougher to trick than we could handle. Great fishing though. So far the offshroe season out of virginia has gotten off to a very good start.
