Virginia Beach Fishing Report, Virginia Beach Striper Trolling

01/04/09 - Today we had George Jackson and friends from the northern neck aboard for a morning trip. They wanted to troll, so we went trolling. The conditions were beautiful and we had very clear water, calm seas, plenty of baitfish around... but the problem was no stripers. We looked and looked and could not find these things. We found some smaller ones that most of which were not even legal keeping size and even they did not want to bite. After much moving around, we were finally able to catch a couple for the box late in the trip. Every day cant be the best day ever. I guess this one was one of the slower days, but at least we got some.
